Deposit

A deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The full tariff must be received before arrival.  

Methods of Payment

There are no credit card facilities available at Villa Melita. Internet funds transfer or credit card via paypal is preferred. Personal cheques accepted given sufficient time to confirm clearance before date of arrival.

Minimum Stay

Generally, a reservation for a minimum of two nights is required on weekends, public holidays, Easter, Xmas holidays, and at times of special events.

Cancellation policy
If more than 14 days notice of cancellation is given, the paid tariff will be refunded less a 10% handling fee. If cancellation is received less than 14 days before the arrival date the deposit will be forfeited unless alternative arrangements can be negotiated.

Check In/Out
We welcome you to check in after 2:00pm, and check out at 10.00am or later by arrangement. Please let us know your plans.

Children
Villa Melita caters for a maximum of two adults. There are no facilities for children or extra bedding.

Smoking
Villa Melita is a non smoking Bed and Breakfast.
