BEACH HOUSE FULL GOURMET BREAKFAST (Included in Option 3)

The Beach House at Bayside is adjacent to Villa Melita. The Beach House has a lovely sunny Tuscan styled dining room that opens onto a sheltered terrace with overhead vines. Villa Melita guests will be warmly welcomed! 

Known as having the Finest Breakfast in Albany the Beach House continental breakfast buffet includes a selection of:
* Muesli and cereals
* Beach House Swiss Muesli
* Homemade yoghurt topped with raspberries.
* "The Beach House" Compote of Fruits
* Preserved fruits
* Selection of fresh seasonal Fruit
* Homemade marmalade
* Selection of pastries and bread for toasting
* Selection of teas and freshly ground coffee

Above plus a selection from:

A. Freshly scrambled free range eggs served with smoked salmon, herbs from the garden and toasted homemade bread.
B. Poached free- range eggs, sprinkled with crisp prosciutto, topped with shaved Parmesan cheese and drizzled with brown butter sauce

Traditional cooked breakfast of lean rind-less short rib bacon, mini pure pork sausages, free range eggs - cooked to your liking, mushrooms and tomatoes all served on a muffin.
